Crianças que seguem esse blog. Não dá para acreditar, mas deve estar acontecendo a mesma coisa com vocês. Não há mais tempo de viver! São festas atrás de festas, do Carnaval já passamos ao Natal, do Natal para o Ano Novo, do ano para o carnaval de novo, e tem visita de Papa, e jogo de futebol e não adianta ter ideias de contenção de consumo, de melhor qualidade de vida! Não adianta. Se você sai de casa não consegue mais voltar de tanto trânsito. Ninguém quer comprar nada, e sim ficar bem quieto no seu canto, paz, paz de criança dormindo.

Mas o pior é que se tem que tomar conta da própria lojinha! Então ficamos nos mandando recados de sobrevivência, como garrafas jogadas ao mar. Recebo convites para lojas de gorda. Como foi que eles descobriram que preciso entrar no programa Medida Certa? E mando perguntar se alguém quer uma festa. Ou um bolo ou um pernil, como se fosse um escambo. Uma estante, talvez, quem tem, a minha do escritório derreou. Se alguém tem uma sobrando troco por uma ceia de Natal, quem se habilita?

Não adianta ficar com esses papos de consumo zero pois como fazer para viver?

Buffet é a coisa mais fácil de abrir no tempo das vacas magras. Você tem um fogão, faz uma comida gostosinha, oferece para um amigo aqui e outro ali, faz o preço, a metade gasta em ingredientes, a outra metade para conseguir outros clientes e todo mundo cozinha. O chinês puxa o macarrão na vitrine, o Atala mata galinha no fim do mundo e frita, todos, todas as pessoas que eu conheço abriram um delivery e eu pensei que tinha pensado primeiro! Talvez até tenha mas eles foram mais rápidos e eficientes.

E o Correio, nessa época? Imagino que todo esse papel de convites que jogamos fora sem ler o que é, daria para construir um condomínio para centenas de famílias e com churrasqueira, cozinha gourmet e piscina morna.

A única coisa que não enjôo nunca é de livros, que venham, já estou soterrada, mas que venham, nada como um belo livro.

A Amazon lançou quase todos os livros dos chefs principais agora, no mês de outubro e já chegaram pelo Kindle. A minha ideia quando falo dos livros é poupar vocês de muita procura e dizer o que cada um tem de melhor. ou quase tudo. Mas, ler a que horas? Já não durmo mais, estou virando e levanto de manhã fingindo que dormi senão levo bronca de todos os lados.

Muito de vez em quando ponho o pé na rua. Não, entendam. Trabalho todo dia. Além de trabalhar é que é complicado. Depois de um dia de buffet, quem quer ir jantar fora? Se me falarem em vodka, caipirinha, ainda me sinto tentada, mas comida, não.

Fiz a primeira refeição do futuro. Uma amiga abriu uma pequena rôtisserie que faz comida caseira. Meu filho passou por lá e trouxe porções individuais para eu ver. Como eu gosto da dona, já fui de boca aberta, com toda a confiança. Era gostoso, mas foi meio triste. Afinal, passei a vida toda mexendo com comida e estava ali, com uns pacotinhos na mão, sem saber o que escolher. Tinha umas novidades simpáticas, uma carne de lata, um bife à milanesa, mas fui para a massa e pasmem, para o estrogonofe que tinha uma batatinha palha bem gostosa.

O negócio é esse, comida feita em casa é mais gostosa, mas as pessoas não tem mais tempo, o mundo está cheio de novidades e carros, e daí se chega do serviço, e não tem empregada, um bom banho e um saquinho de arroz, um saquinho de carne, uma batatinha e uma verdura de saquinho, e a sobremesa de saquinho no micro e pumba. Nada de panelório, acabou a comilança joga os saquinhos fora e pronto. Não adianta chorar sobre o leite derramado,está cada dia mais difícil arrumar tempo para cozinhar, por mais dedicado e jeitoso que você seja.

Vamos esperar para ver no que é que dá.É um novo fenômeno que já existiu e muita gente se lembra da PENSÃO. A pensão trazia a comida em casa, geralmente em marmitas e no começo era uma lua de mel. Mas, devagarinho ia-se enjoando da comida que era igual toda semana e aparecia alguém querendo se empregar de cozinheira. Hoje os chefs estão em alta e as cozinheiras em baixa. Renascem as pensões. A mãe do Tim Maia tinha uma pensão e ele contava com muita graça que o botavam para levar a comida nas casas mais próximas, que ele se sentava na calçada e mandava brasa nos pastéis, nos bolinhos, logo, logo perdeu o emprego de entregador.

Ah, e os livros de fim de ano? Já, já faço outro post e conto aos poucos enquanto me delicio com meus melancólicos saquinhos de plástico, ploft, ploft. Depois falam mal do McDonald´s com aquelas caixinhas lindas. Não são tristes as caixinhas do McDonald´s mas devem ser caras pra burro.
