Ah, encontrei um nome para esses posts só de parágrafos de comida. Rabanetes.Como  uma entradinha.

# Por que esquecemos do rabanete? Era bem gostoso antes da comida, com a parte vermelha recortada em flor e um pouco de sal. Os americanos gostam com sal e manteiga, nunca experimentei mas deve ser bom.  Podemos servir em coquetéis com 3 tipos de sais diferentes, rosa, negro e o sal de todo dia. Quem sabe nos acostumamos de novo?

#As comidas que vão sendo mal feitas ou se dão muito certas quando processadas vão sendo apelidadas de brega e deixamos de comer. Acho que há uns 20 anos que não como uma lasanha feita em casa. A última foi feita por meu irmão e minha cunhada. Tudo feito na hora,  a massa inclusive. Demorou tanto que tenho medo que a delícia tenha vindo da fome.
Tenho a receita num daqueles livros antigos do TIME LIFE. Eles levaram a receita à risca me lembro muito bem.
Fui reler e vi que não tinha nada demais, só que muito capricho. Vamos fazer? Se quiserem escrevo a receita aqui.

#Há montes de livros novos na Amazon que só vão ser vendidos a  partir de setembro e outubro. Fico mineirissimamente desconfiada que ele colocam os livros em pre-venda, a gente paga adiantado e só aí eles vão imprimir. E um deles é do Atala. Vamos torcer para que saia um livrão bom e confiável.

#Tenho ido a um novo restaurante do bairro, para jantar. Ainda não vou dizer o nome. São dois rapagões bonitos, o restaurante é pequetitinho, mas fiquei de queixo caído com a comida. Simples, saborosíssima, aquele corre-corre dos chefs sem nem olhar para o lado.Tudo perfeito. Da última vez o chef estava mais acessível, já olhando a cara dos clientes, procurando ver se estávamos gostando. E acreditem que pela primeira vez não estava muito ok? A polenta um pouco salgada, a sobremesa não tão fresca como da primeira vez… Claro que vou voltar lá para ver como se desenvolve, mas é uma profissão dura. Você se distrai um segundo e a comida piora. Não dá nem para respirar, tem que provar tudo, jogar fora o que sobrou num dia, começar tudo de novo… O caminho da perfeição não é fácil.

#De vez em quando vocês não têm vontade de comer um cachorro quente? Nós aqui em casa temos. A salsicha tem que ser aquela que estoura depois de cozida, aquela mole não tem graça. E prefiro o meu só com mostarda. Dizem que atualmente, na Inglaterra todos os cachorros quentes têm recheio de batata frita. Será que é bom? Será?
Olhem que adoro batata frita, mas acho que prefiro ao lado do cachorro quente.
